After two seasons as a coach on NBC’s The Biggest Loser, Jen Widerstrom knows how to motivate and inspire her team to break through long-held mental and physical barriers to shed fat and build muscle. Her do-anywhere plan features simple equipment, like dumbbells and a medicine ball, so you have no excuses to skip a workout.

As one of the beloved coaches on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars and a noted fitness expert, Karina Smirnoff has inspired millions to lose weight while having fun! Using dance as her foundation, Karina created unique workouts that feature strength training, yoga and even self-defense. Don’t worry if you have two left feet!
